You get placed after being tested, and after that you can upgrade by getting enough points to take a retest and attempt at a higher dorm.

You contact one of the "tester" of the site or an "admin" of the site either in the chatbox, on DN, PM, or other ways you and the tester have arranged, then the tester will give you 2 test duels, 1 match (2/3) and 1 Single (1/1), you will be graded on siding, ruling, ability, deck construction, siding ability, etc, then you will be given a score for match and a score for single.

From there your overall score from the combination determines what dorm you get assigned.

Once the test starts, you cannot leave during it, for leaving during a test will get you automatically assigned to the lowest dorm.

You want to make sure you have a stable internet connection when getting tested as well, to avoid disconnect issues.
