Recruiting

If you guys want new members you have to recruit, right? I propose we set aside one day to try to have a huge competition to see who can recruit the most. Now I know this can be exploited rather easily so the admins will have to be on their game. We will also need every teacher, mod, admin, and tester to be available, to their best ability of course. Reward the person who recruits the most with something worth their while. (temporary glow, WP, free rank up test, etc.) This will be a good experience, however tiring it may be, for everyone in the academy and the academy itself!

Y'know what I've also realized? That we don't even have a suggestions section, lol.

At any rate,  I think that we should at least award the standard amount of WP to each member who successfully recruits a newer member. Otherwise, it'd be wrong if one's work was all for naught. Aside from that, bonuses such as the ones you suggest are a possibility.
